Son Vives Farm Stay is located in the center of Menorca, in the most unspoiled inland area of the island, situated on the fourth highest point of the island, which offers visitors spectacular views of the north coast from Binimel·là to the Cavallería Lighthouse, as well as of Monte Toro, and the mountains of Santa Àgueda and S’Enclusa.

Monte Toro

It is the highest mountain on the island, at 358 meters high, from where you can see the entire coastline of Menorca. There, you will find the Sanctuary of the Virgin of Monte Toro, built in the 17th century on top of a Gothic church.

S’Enclusa

It is the second highest mountain in Menorca, at 275 meters high. Currently, you can see the remains of an old North American military base, which became operational in 1965 and was used to connect the United States with the external communication systems of troops deployed in the East, until 1993.

Santa Àgueda

The mountain of Santa Àgueda is the third highest point on the island, at 264 meters high. It houses a castle built by the Arabs during the Caliphate of Córdoba, which served as a defensive point until 1343 when Peter IV of Aragon ordered its destruction. It is currently in ruins.

Cavallería Lighthouse

Located at the northernmost point of Menorca, it offers incredible views of the nearest beaches and coves. The lighthouse has a bar that is open during the summer months.

Binimel·là

Located in the northern part of the island, it is a reddish-sand beach found on the way to Pregonda beach.
