Facilities and services

The establishment, featuring traditional Menorcan architecture, was fully renovated in 2015 and has 12 double rooms with private bathrooms and free WiFi connection.

It features an outdoor swimming pool with a sun lounger area, an outdoor patio with a pergola, two terraces located on opposite sides to enjoy the sun or shade depending on the time of day, as well as spectacular sunrises and sunsets, a self-service bar/cafeteria, and an indoor and outdoor dining area with wonderful views to enjoy breakfast or dinner. There is also free parking available for guests.

The estate has its own organic fruit and vegetable garden, and another garden for aromatic plants. Additionally, it is dedicated to its own cheese production and the breeding of Menorcan breed horses.

Son Vives Farm Stay is committed to sustainability and environmental protection, which is why it has sanitary hot water provided by solar panels, and heating in all rooms.

During your stay, you will have different services at your disposal:

Reception service: During the day, we will be delighted to help and advise you if you have any questions or want suggestions on what to visit on the island. We also have a 24-hour telephone number.

Bar/cafeteria service: At the reception, we have a self-service bar/cafeteria, where there is a fridge with drinks, a coffee maker, a water heater, snacks, and a microwave.

Dinner service: We offer an exclusive dinner service for guests, adapting to any type of allergy or intolerance. For the preparation of our dishes, we always use top-quality, km 0 products from our own farm. It is always necessary to book in advance, during the morning. This way, you can enjoy a dinner with spectacular northern views at sunset.

Picnic service: This service must be booked during breakfast. We prepare a picnic consisting of: two sandwiches of your choice, water or a soft drink, fruit, and a sweet treat.

Laundry service: In your room, you will find a basket where you can place the items you need to be washed and ironed.

Cleaning service: Daily room cleaning from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Bed linen is changed every three days or as needed, and towels are changed upon request.
